Embedded Interactive Mathematical Graphs and Models (Vcell and Minisidewider)

    All of these chapter sections have embedded graphs (using Calc3D Graphs) and those based on Vcell models imported into Fundamentals of Biochemistry and run interactively in the book using Minisidewinder and other programs.  In these graphs, students can move sliders to change concentrations and kinetic and equilibrium/dissociation constants and see immediate effects on the graph.
