    Biology is the study of life, from the molecules that make up living cells to the diversity of organisms and ecosystems on Earth. This book begins with the chemical and molecular foundations of life, then explores how cells function, use energy, and pass on genetic information. It examines how organisms grow, develop, and evolve, and how they interact with each other and their environments. Finally, it introduces modern tools in biotechnology, medicine, and scientific research. Together, these units provide a clear overview of how life works at every level of organization.
