Biochemistry-iCn3D Molecular Models
( \newcommand{\kernel}{\mathrm{null}\,}\)
iCn3D is a WebGL-based viewer for interactive viewing of three-dimensional macromolecular structures and chemicals on the web. There are well over 700 iCn3D models in the categories below. The links within each category show iCn3D models without explanation of the structures displayed, which are found in the book. Starting in June 2025, links to specific sites in Fundamentals of Biochemistry will be added to each of the models.
To access the actual iCn3D model in the text with detailed explanations, visit the FOB search page and enter the PDB or AlphaFold ID shown in the list page. Search the FOB page for the same ID to find the iCn3D model and textual explanations.
