    This book is designed to accompany BIO Majors 4A +4B Lab Manual, which covers the laboratory component of a two-semester introductory biology majors course series. The first half of the book contains labs for a general and cellular biology course while the second half contains labs for an organismal biology and biodiversity course. The lab manual has been developed to meet the scope and sequence of the lab portion (hands-on, active learning) of C-ID BIOL 190 and 140. This book provides the instructor resources for use of the BIO Majors 4A + 4B Manual, including instructor guidelines, formative and summative questions, and pull sheets for each chapter.
