After this lab you should be able to:
- Differentiate between the terms aerobe, anaerobe, and facultative anaerobe
- Determine the oxygen requirements of a bacterium via Fluid Thioglycollate Medium (FTM) and the GasPak System.
- Describe how a GasPak jar is used to culture anaerobes
