    Optional Unknown Experiments:

    If completing the unknown experiment, you will need 70 mL of the following, eacn in its own flask labeled as "Unknown #," as well as labeled pipettes attached to pipette aides for each solution:

    1. Karo syrup
    2. Whole milk (keep cold; else will curdle)
    3. Table sugar (dissolved in water)
    4. Egg albumin
    5. Proline
    6. Onion
    7. Potato starch
    8. Vegetable oil
