Learning Objectives
After this lab you should be able to:
- Use pure culture techniques, such as the Isolation Streak, selective media, etc., to subculture an unknown bacterial isolate from a broth culture.
- Identify the bacteria in the culture using the appropriate techniques, media, etc.
- Complete a lab report about your unknown investigation.
