BIOL 440: General Microbiology (Panoutsopoulos)

This course introduces the concepts of microbiology with an emphasis on forms, modes of growth, cell specialization, mutual, commensal and parasitic relationships of bacteria, fungi, molds, protozoa and viruses. Topics will be correlated with medical and health applications to animals and human beings.
