    Molecular Techniques is a lab book that helps biological science students with little or no research experience develop practical skills and understand key lab techniques in molecular biology. The book uses project-based experiments, with students working with DNA, RNA, and protein across five modules designed for a one-semester undergraduate lab course. Each module contains 2 to 5 weeks of lab exercises, and each exercise introduces the techniques needed for that week’s experiment. At the end of each exercise, data analysis and discussion deepen students’ understanding of the material.
