This textbook was originally created to accompany Microbiology for the Health Sciences (BSC 3271) at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. The majority of the text is from OpenStax Microbiology, but there are also portions from the Kaiser and Boundless texts available from LibreTexts and new material added by the BSC 3271 instructor (Jeanne Kagle).
