Learning Objectives
After this lab you should be able to:
- Separate a mixed culture using pure culture techniques, such as the Isolation Streak method, selective media, etc.
- Identify the bacteria in your mixed culture using the appropriate techniques, media, etc.
- Complete a lab report about your unknown investigation.
